Finally, Rockstar has confirmed a release date for Manhunt 2 on the PS2, PSP, and Wii in the UK. And that date is October 31.
After a year since it was released in the States, this game went through overhauling and major revision in order to be approved by the BBFC, after it was denied classification due to its “unremitting bleakness and callousness of tone.”
The initial revision for the game was also rejected by BBFC, after the board has still deemed the content failing of the organization's standards. However, Rockstar was not about to give up and went to the drawing board again. The latest revision received an '18' rating after its appeal to the Video Appeals Committee was a success.
