Just Cause 2 Grapples To Top Of UK Charts

This month saw the release of a lot of major titles and most of them managed to take the top spot in the UK software charts. Case in point: Final Fantasy XIII ruled the charts when it released, and so did God of War
III the following week. And for the latest results in the sales chart, Rico took the number 1 spot as Just Cause 2 launched last week.

Pokemon SoulSilver managed to clinch the number 2 spot after only a week in the market. As for last week's number 1, God of War III, it slipped down to number 7 as Final Fantasy XIII is hanging tight on the number 8 spot.

Three More Titles Getting The Greatest Hits Treatment

Sony has just revealed 3 more titles getting the red "Greatest Hits" makeover and these should be very familiar to most.

First up is Killzone 2, continuing the battle against the Helghast forces and taking the fight to their own home world. Also in the FPS genre we see Resistance 2 following Nathan hale's fight against the Chimera continue (along with the fight to control the infection within himself).

Mafia II lets you experience the world of organized crime, set between the 1940s to 50s. In particular, you'd get to know more about Vito and the world wherein he revolves around. He is joined by friend Joe in an attempt to lead a life of crime to escape from poverty, but soon realize this world is more difficult than it appears.

More Details On Vanquish Revealed

Vanquish is the latest title from Platinum Games, which was created by Shinji Mikami, the same person behind Resident Evil. Only a bit of information has been available about the game so far, but things are about to change as the April 2010 edition of Play Generation magazine uncovered new details about Vanquish.
